2009 Sponsors & Awards
St. Cloud Floral was selected to receive the Downtown Dedication Award. This award is designed
to recognize an outstanding individual or business that through their leadership, dedication and
generosity has positively impacted the economic vitality of the downtown commercial district. St. Cloud Floral has also hosted “Good Neighbor Day” for many, many years.The St. Cloud Building Trades was selected to receive the Outstanding Downtown Ambassadors Award. This award recognizes an individual or individuals with extraordinary passion for downtown, a vision of how increased downtown vitality can be achieved both to benefit our local economy and quality of life, and whose actions inspire others. Their efforts in helping us to secure funding from the State for the Civic Center expansion is just one example of their commitment to Downtown.
The Awards Committee selected ING Direct Employees to receive the Downtown Award for
Excellence in Volunteerism. This award recognizes an individual or individuals for their volunteer effort, including the actual community service projects and the program policies and and corporate vision that support those volunteer activities.
