EXPERIENCE THE NEW DOWNTOWN TROLLEY

In partnership with the St. Cloud Metro Bus, the Downtown Council introduced the Downtown Trolley June 2004. The Trolley operates Monday – Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:15 pm, serving the downtown area and Munsinger/Clemens Gardens, over the Mississippi and past St. Cloud State University completing the loop each day on alternating routes every half-hour. The Trolley will be operating June through September 2, 2006. Rides on the Trolley are 50 cents. Hop on board to feel the nostalgia from the turn of the Century when you could hear the Trolley bell ring in downtown. Visitors and downtown employees – Have lunch at the Gardens – Reserve your box lunch from select downtown restaurants to take with you on your ride to the Munsinger/Clemens Gardens. See the Trolley schedule for more information and a list of participating restaurants. Visitors to the St. Cloud area and citizens will enjoy ringing the Trolley bell by making a donation to help offset the costs of operating the Trolley. For more information call Metro Bus at 251.RIDE (7433) or the Downtown Council at 257-8600.
