By answering a few simple questions, you’ll be on your way. We look forward to hearing from you or your broker. The search process takes just a few steps. You’ll provide some basic information about your space needs and your desired timeline, then, our “Site Seeker” program prepares and sends a broadcast email to downtown property owners, managers and real estate agents.
In a timely manner, we secure appropriate responses to your space query, which are compiled and submitted to you for review. We work with you throughout the search process to simplify your decision. We are available to coordinate space tours and accompany you on those site visits to answer any questions or concerns you may have to ensure the space meets your needs.
