Each year, all Downtown Council Members, Downtown employees, residents and supporters are welcome to join us for this exciting event. This year we will be offering special activities such as wine tastings, cognac tastings, and sushi-making lessons.
This annual event is not only an opportunity for all of us to come together to celebrate, network and recognize major accomplishments, it is also one of our main fundraisers for the year. NO SILENT AUCTION this year! We will be holding a raffle to win a custom-designed vacation valued at $5,000. The raffle tickets are on sale now for $20 each; the drawing will be held on June 1st at noon.
e the 2010 Downtown Ambassadors Award. This award recognizes an individual or individuals with extraordinary passion for downtown, a vision of how increased downtown vitality can be achieved both to benefit our local economy and quality of life, and whose actions inspire others. Their efforts in quickly pulling together a successful celebration for the Granite Crossing Bridge opening last October is a perfect example of what can happen when we all come together.
