The Site Seeker Program

The Downtown Council offers a free, confidential "Site Seeker" service for businesses interested in leasing or purchasing space in Downtown St. Cloud. 

You or your broker can simply contact us and provide some basic information about your space needs and timeline.  The "Site Seeker" program then prepares and sends a broadcast email to downtown property owners, managers and real estate agents.  We secure timely and appropriate responses to your space query, which are then compiled and submitted to you.  We can also coordinate space tours and accompany you on those site visits.
